Johnny is a former Bastrop city councilman, Bastrop County commissioner and Bastrop school board president. Johnny also worked as a public liaison for a Texas state representative, and owned and operated two successful businesses. He holds a real estate broker’s license and has been involved in real estate development. Johnny was born in Bastrop, where his family has lived for four generations.

Joyce has 25 years of experience with Bluebonnet in member and community services, serving two of those years as a senior representative. She is a native of Gonzales County, and for the past 35 years has lived in Caldwell County. She is a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Lockhart, and served on the church council for one term. Joyce currently is a board member for the Lockhart Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board for the Lockhart Economic Development Corp.

Mark has 26 years of experience working for Bluebonnet in member services, administration and community services. He currently is a board member for numerous community organizations, including the Giddings Area Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club of Giddings, Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) Credit Union, Friends of Nails Creek State Park and Bluebonnet Area Crime Stoppers. In addition, Mark is President of the Giddings ISD School Board and Trustee Chairman of the Round Top Christian Fellowship Church.

Bluebonnet’s newest community representative, Kyle joined the co-op in July 2018. The Washington County native worked for the Texas A&M University System and Blinn College for nearly 15 years handling event management, program development, resource development and alumni relations. He is a past chairman of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce and is also involved with the Washington County Fair, Camp For All, Brenham ISD Education Foundation and St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Kyle’s wife, Mindy, also is a Washington County native, and they have two children, Barrett and Gretchen.

Deborah is the Community and Development Services Representative for the Bastrop area. She worked for 19 years as the Lower Colorado River Authority's Facility Manager of the Eastern Division. Deborah has lived in Bastrop for 33 years. She is an active member and past president of the Rotary Club of Bastrop County and co-chairs its major fundraiser, Men Who Cook. She and her husband raise American bison.

Tim joined Bluebonnet in 2015. He’s not new to Manor, however. He grew up there before leaving to play professional baseball for the Pittsburgh Pirates organization. He worked 21 years with KST Electric, a commercial and industrial electrical company in Manor. Tim is still active in athletics, playing fast-pitch softball and helping out with his daughter’s volleyball team. He is involved with the Manor and Elgin chambers of commerce and the Manor Education Foundation.

Karen is Bluebonnet's Community and Economic Development Department's Assistant and Scholarship Program Coordinator. Karen has been with Bluebonnet for more than nine years. She has 23 years of banking and customer service experience in the Giddings area. She assists in planning, scheduling and coordinating various Bluebonnet events. As Scholarship Program Coordinator, she oversees the distribution of scholarship awards to graduating high school seniors in the Bluebonnet service area. Karen also oversees the Government-in-Action Youth Tour competition that is coordinated by Texas Electric Cooperatives. Karen also coordinates Bluebonnet's youth programs. She is a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Giddings and is involved with many of Bluebonnet's service area chambers, and community events and fundraisers.
