Important Notes:

  • We will need the tax ID, W-9 and a direct contact for commercial accounts
  • Existing service starts within the next 1-3 business days after a Bluebonnet representative contacts you
  • If you're an existing commercial member who has made more than one late payment in the past 12 months, a deposit may be required
  • A $55 activation fee may be required
  • New or existing service requires that you sign Bluebonnet's Member Agreement (English sample) (Spanish sample).
  • For service at a new location, please allow time for line design and construction. Please review what we do and what you’ll need for your initial line design appointment on this page
  • If there is currently a meter at the location, we will need the meter number
  • If no meter currently exists, we need the pole number of where the meter should be placed
